Orders are shipped within 5 – 7 business days of your order date. BRAID & WOOD Design Studio ships within the United States only.
Once your order has shipped an email will be sent to you with detailed tracking information. It is common for these types of transactional emails to end up in the spam or promotions folder of your inbox.
If you are having issue with the shipment of your order such as order delays, unclear arrival date, your order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, you must contact the shipping provider directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx). BRAID & WOOD Design Studio does not have any additional information about your order once it has been shipped and cannot contact the shipping provider on your behalf in order to provide information regarding your shipped order.
BRAID & WOOD products are not returnable. All purchases are final. If your product arrives damaged or defective please email email@example.com with a description of the damage and an image clearly showing where the item is defective or damaged. Once damage or defect is confirmed, a new product will be sent.
Coupon and promotional codes must be entered in the promotion code box at the time of purchase. Coupon codes cannot be used once your purchase is complete. If you are experiencing issues with a promotion code, do not complete your purchase. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to resolve your promotion code issue before your purchase is complete.
