HERE ARE A FEW MORE DETAILS ABOUT OUR RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICIES

Here at BRAID & WOOD we find that our customers very rarely return or exchange our products. But hey, it happens! We want to be sure that your return/exchange experience doesn’t cause any unwanted headaches. Being an adult is hard enough as it is. 

Skim these details below so we’re all on the same page.

DAMAGED PRODUCTS

Basically the most annoying thing ever, we know. Send an email to orders@braidandwood.com with:

  • a brief description of the damage
  • an image of the damaged product
  • your order number

We’ll get a replacement product sent within 5 business days or sooner. Feel free to dispose of the damaged product, we don’t want it either. 

RETURN POLICY

The return process must be initiated within seven days of your order being delivered. Send an email to orders@braidandwood.com with:

  • your order number
  • the reason for your return 

You, the customer will be responsible for mailing the product back to BRAID & WOOD Design Studio, this includes the cost of shipping. Please ensure the product is packed and protected carefully. We are only able to provide refunds for products that are returned to us in their original condition. 

Once your returned product is received by BRAID & WOOD Design Studio, your original form of payment will be refunded for the amount you paid for the product. We cannot offer refunds on the cost of shipping. 

PRODUCT EXCHANGE POLICY

The exchange process must be initiated within seven days of your order being delivered. Send an email to orders@braidandwood.com with:

  • your order number
  • the reason for your exchange

At any point during this process you can place a new order for the product you would like instead.
