If you’re having any issue with the shipment of your order such as order delays, unclear arrival date, or your order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, you must contact the shipping provider directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx).
BRAID & WOOD Design Studio does not have any additional information about your order once it has been shipped. We cannot contact the shipping provider on your behalf in order to provide information regarding your shipped order.
