WHERE IS MY TRACKING INFO?

Your tracking information was sent to the email address you provided when you placed your order. Sometimes these emails end up in your spam or promotions folder so be sure to check there. Still no luck? Shoot us an email (orders@braidandwood.com) and we can provide it for you.

THERE'S AN ISSUE WITH MY SHIPMENT...

Unclear arrival date? Order has not been delivered by expected delivery date? Think the post office is conspiring against you?

If you’re having any issue with the shipment of your order such as order delays, unclear arrival date, or your order has not been delivered by the expected delivery date, you must contact the shipping provider directly (USPS, UPS, FedEx).

BRAID & WOOD Design Studio does not have any additional information about your order once it has been shipped. We cannot contact the shipping provider on your behalf in order to provide information regarding your shipped order.

Please exhaust all efforts with the shipping provider first. If you are still struggling, email us (orders@braidandwood.com) and we will do everything we can to help out.

DO YOU SHIP INTERNATIONALLY?

BRAID & WOOD Design Studio is based in the United States (San Diego, CA). Currently, we do not ship product to any country outside of the United States.
